for some reason, i expected perfection with the first round of samples and was a little dejected by the imperfection. but, my samplemaker assured me, no one designs it right the first time. he said that once it's made, it's often very different from what you imagined.
i worked with him today on all the corrections, and i am confident the second round will be beautiful. as confident as i was for the first round... uh oh. :)
